What do we do?
The company was founded in 1991 in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, with the main objective of providing quality and food safety in the food industry through our food analysis laboratory and waters.
Training and Food Safety Courses
We offer courses on public and private food safety issues for compliance with sanitary regulations in destination markets and exclusively for different sectors: fishing and aquaculture, cultivation of agricultural products, processed food for human consumption and food for animal consumption.
